Please Read Before Submitting Form
Upon completing request form, you will receive an email confirming whether or not your date/time slot is available. If not available, you may request another day and time. If available, you will receive an invoice for the scheduled party.
Definitions and Terms:
Seller - Mel McKenzie Art
Purchaser - Person (Host) Requesting Party Services
Guest - Individual Invited by Purchaser
Service - Virtual Instructional Meeting [Paint Party} Delivered Via Skype
Service may be requested Mon - Sat 10:00am - 7:00pm
Parties must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. Availability with notice shorter than 2 weeks is not guaranteed but may be honored at the discretion of seller.
Number of Guests Allowed
Minimum Guest allowance of 3
Maximum Guest allowance of 10*
* Larger parties may be requested and honored at discretion of seller.
Invoice must be paid in full 1 week prior to party. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
Price is calculated at $15 per individual. If Purchaser (Host) has a total of five guests [not including Host], invoice will include a $15 discount.
Cancellations AFTER Payment
If purchaser has already paid the invoice, cancellations up to the day prior to scheduled service will incur a nonrefundable 25% fee based on initial deposit to cover cancellation and refund fees incurred by seller. By submitting the request form, purchaser agrees to these terms.
Cancellations on Day of Scheduled Service
Refunds (minus fees as noted above) are only available up until the day prior to scheduled service. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs on day of scheduled service.
No refunds will be given for guest cancellations. Purchaser (Host) may invite new guest for open slot.
Seller Cancellation (Due to Unforeseen Circumstances)
If for some reason a cancellation is requested by seller, purchaser will receive full refund.
By completing the request form, purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions for this service.
